The process of learning is not simply about memorizing individual facts or ideas in isolation. Rather, it is about forming connections between these concepts in order to deepen our understanding and make the information more meaningful and memorable. When we are able to see how different pieces of information relate to one another, we are better able to grasp the underlying principles and apply our knowledge in new and diverse contexts.
Making connections between concepts helps to solidify our understanding by providing a framework through which we can organize and categorize information.
