Kurukshetra war declared from "summary" of Mahabharat Ki Kahaniyan by Harish Sharma

The Kurukshetra war was a pivotal event in the epic Mahabharat, which changed the course of history for the Kuru dynasty. It all began when the eldest Kaurava, Duryodhana, refused to give the Pandavas their rightful share of the kingdom. This led to a series of events that eventually culminated in the declaration of war. After years of exile and failed negotiations, the Pandavas finally decided that they had no choice but to go to war to reclaim their kingdom. Krishna, who was their charioteer and advisor, tried to prevent the war through diplomatic means, but it became clear that there was no other way to resolve the conflict. The war was declared in the grand assembly of kings and princes, where Krishna made a final attempt to broker peace between the two sides. However, Duryodhana's pride and arrogance blinded him to reason, and he obstinately refused to give the Pandavas even a small piece of land. As the war was declared, both sides began to prepare for battle. The Pandavas, with Krishna by their side, amassed a great army consisting of powerful warriors like Arjuna, Bhima, and Yudhishthira. On the other hand, the Kauravas also gathered their forces, led by Duryodhana, Karna, and Dronacharya. The stage was set for the great battle of Kurukshetra, where the fate of the Kuru dynasty would be decided. The war was not just a physical conflict but a moral and ethical struggle between righteousness and evil. It was a war of dharma against adharma, where the principles of justice and truth were at stake.
  1. As it set in motion a chain of events that would ultimately lead to the destruction of the Kuru dynasty. The war was inevitable, given the deep-rooted animosity and ego clashes between the Pandavas and the Kauravas. Now, both sides were ready to face each other on the battlefield, knowing that only one side would emerge victorious.
