In the great epic of Mahabharata, the story of Draupadi's swayamvar is a significant event that has captured the imagination of people for centuries. The swayamvar was a ceremony where a princess could choose her own husband from a gathering of eligible suitors. Draupadi, the daughter of King Drupad, was known for her beauty, intelligence, and strong-willed nature. When the time came for Draupadi's swayamvar, many princes and kings from far and wide gathered at King Drupad's palace to compete for her hand in marriage. However, there was a twist in this swayamvar – the suitors had to string a mighty bow and shoot an arrow through a revolving target in order to win Draupadi's hand.
