Public Service Commissions (PSCs) play a crucial role in ensuring the recruitment and selection of suitable candidates for various government posts. These commissions are responsible for conducting examinations, interviews, and other selection processes to select individuals based on their merit and qualifications. The establishment of PSCs is mandated by the Constitution of India under Article 315. There are both Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) at the central level and State Public Service Commissions (SPSCs) at the state level.
