It can be easy to fall into the trap of thinking that asking for help is a sign of weakness. We live in a society that often values independence and self-sufficiency above all else. However, the truth is that seeking help is actually a sign of strength. It takes courage to admit that we can't do it all on our own, and that we need the support of others to help us through difficult times. In our own journey, we discovered the power of seeking help when our marriage was on the brink of collapse. We had tried to fix things on our own for so long, but nothing seemed to work.
