Embracing change is necessary from "summary" of I Do Again by Cheryl Scruggs,Jeff Scruggs

Change is inevitable. It is a constant force in our lives that we cannot escape. Whether we like it or not, change will come. And when it does, we have a choice to make. We can resist it, fight against it, and cling to what is familiar. Or we can embrace it, accept it, and adapt to the new reality that is unfolding before us. Embracing change is not always easy. It can be scary and overwhelming. It requires us to let go of the past and step into the unknown. But it is necessary for growth and transformation. Without change, we would remain stagnant, stuck in the same patterns and habits. Embracing change allows us to evolve, learn, and become better versions of ourselves. In our journey through life, we will face many changes - big and small, expected and unexpected. Some changes will be joyful and exciting, while others will be challenging and painful. But regardless of the nature of the change, we must be willing to embrace it with an open heart and mind. When we resist change, we resist growth. We hold ourselves back from reaching our full potential and experiencing all that life has to offer. By embracing change, we open ourselves up to new possibilities, opportunities, and adventures. We allow ourselves to be transformed by the experiences that come our way. Change may not always be easy, but it is necessary for our personal and relational development. It challenges us to step out of our comfort zones, face our fears, and trust in the process of life. Embracing change requires courage, resilience, and faith. But in the end, it leads to greater self-awareness, deeper connections, and a more fulfilling existence. So let us embrace change, for it is the key to a life well-lived.
