When we say "not," we are drawing a line in the sand, declaring what is not acceptable, not permissible, not possible. It is a boundary, a limitation. But "not" is not just about what we reject or deny. It is also about what we choose to let go of, to release. It is about surrendering control, releasing our grip on something we are holding onto. It is about letting go of our attachment to outcomes, to expectations, to the way things should be. In this letting go, in this surrender, there is freedom.
