By holding onto these negative thoughts and emotions, you are essentially blocking out the possibility of inviting positivity and happiness into your life. Imagine your mind as a garden, with each thought and emotion acting as a seed that you plant within it. Negative thoughts and emotions are like weeds that choke out the beautiful flowers of positivity and joy.
