Distractions and interruptions are common hindrances to experiencing flow in our daily lives. When we are engrossed in an activity that challenges us just enough to keep us fully engaged, any external disruptions can easily break our concentration and pull us out of our state of flow. This can be frustrating and can hinder our ability to fully immerse ourselves in the task at hand.
