Practice gratitude and positivity from "summary" of Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert

As I sat in my meditation room, surrounded by flickering candles and the soothing scent of incense, I couldn't help but reflect on the power of gratitude and positivity. In the midst of my spiritual journey, I had come to realize that these two simple practices held the key to unlocking a life filled with joy and contentment. It was easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, to focus on the negatives and overlook the blessings that surrounded me. But as I began to cultivate a daily practice of gratitude, I found that my perspective shifted. And as I walked the path of self-discovery and enlightenment, I knew that these two simple practices would guide me every step of the way.
