Let go of expectations and attachments from "summary" of Don't Believe Everything You Think: Change the Way You Feel ... by

This sense of liberation allows us to approach life with a sense of curiosity and wonder, embracing each moment as it comes without judgment or attachment. By releasing our expectations and attachments, we are able to create space for true peace and contentment to flourish within us.
