Death is inevitable for every living being from "summary" of Death; An Inside Story by Sadhguru

It is a fact that from the moment we are born, death is an inevitable reality waiting for us at the end of our journey. No matter how much we try to avoid or deny it, death is the one thing that every living being on this planet has in common. The idea of death can evoke fear, anxiety, and even denial in many people, but it is important to come to terms with this ultimate truth of life. Understanding and accepting the inevitability of death can actually bring a sense of liberation and clarity to our lives. When we acknowledge that our time on this earth is limited, we are motivated to live each moment to its fullest potential. We are reminded to focus on what truly matters, to let go of petty grievances and attachments, and to make the most of the time we have been given. In the grand scheme of the universe, our lives are but a tiny blip on the radar. We are born, we live, and eventually, we die. This cycle of life and death is a natural and essential part of the cosmic dance of existence. Just as the seasons change and the tides ebb and flow, so too must we embrace the impermanence of our own lives. Death is not something to be feared or avoided, but rather something to be embraced as a profound and transformative experience. By coming to terms with our mortality, we can learn to live more authentically, more fully, and more consciously. We can let go of the illusions of permanence and control, and surrender to the ebb and flow of life with grace and acceptance.
