To truly forgive, we must learn to focus on the present moment. This may seem like a simple concept, but in reality, it can be quite challenging. Our minds have a tendency to wander, to dwell on the past or worry about the future. We get caught up in regrets and resentments, missing out on the beauty and opportunities of the here and now.
