The dial consists of six levels that range from avoiding the issue to confronting the problem head-on. Each level represents a different approach to holding someone accountable for their actions or behaviors. The first level is Ignore the Gap, where individuals choose to overlook or ignore the issue at hand. This level is characterized by a lack of action or acknowledgment, allowing the problem to persist without any attempt at resolution. Ignoring the gap can lead to escalating consequences and further breakdowns in trust and relationships. The second level is Watch Out, where individuals become aware of the issue but choose not to address it directly. This level involves monitoring the situation without taking any concrete steps towards resolution. While watching out can be a useful first step in assessing the situation, it is not an effective long-term strategy for holding someone accountable.
