The notion that all students can be educated in the same way, following the same curriculum, and achieving the same outcomes is fundamentally flawed. Education is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor. Each student is a unique individual with their own strengths, weaknesses, interests, and learning styles. Trying to fit them all into the same mold is a recipe for failure. When we treat education as a standardized, factory-like process, we ignore the individuality of each student. We fail to recognize and nurture their distinct talents and potential. This results in disengagement, frustration, and underachievement. Students who do not fit the mold are often labeled as "problems" or "failures," when in reality, they simply do not thrive in a one-size-fits-all system.
