Challenge limiting beliefs and encourage a growth mindset from "summary" of Coach the Person, Not the Problem by Marcia Reynolds

In our coaching sessions, we must be willing to dig deep with our clients and challenge the beliefs that are holding them back. These limiting beliefs are like heavy chains that keep them from reaching their full potential. They are often deeply ingrained and may have been reinforced over many years. It is our job as coaches to help our clients see these beliefs for what they are - simply thoughts that can be changed.
