Feed it with positive thoughts. Read. Learn. Grow. Your mind is powerful. Nurture it. Finally, take care of your spirit. Meditate. Pray. Connect with something greater than yourself. Your spirit is your essence. Honor it. Remember, self-care and self-love are not luxuries. They are necessities. They are not optional. They are mandatory. You must prioritize yourself. You must make yourself a priority. It’s not about being selfish. It’s about being self-full. When you take care of yourself, you are better able to take care of others.
