Embrace change as an opportunity for growth from "summary" of Zen Habits Handbook for Life by Leo Babauta

Change is a constant in life, whether we like it or not. It can be unsettling, scary, and uncomfortable. It disrupts our routines, challenges our beliefs, and forces us out of our comfort zones. But change also presents us with an opportunity for growth, transformation, and self-discovery. Instead of resisting change or fearing it, we can choose to embrace it as a chance to evolve, learn, and improve ourselves. When we resist change, we are essentially resisting the natural flow of life. We are trying to hold on to the past, to what is familiar and safe, even if it no longer serves us. But by embracing change, we open ourselves up to new possibilities, experiences, and ways of being. We allow ourselves to adapt, evolve, and grow in ways we never thought possible.
