On the other hand, engaging in activities that promote physical health, such as regular exercise and a balanced diet, can help boost brain function and improve overall mental well-being.- We can begin to take a more holistic approach to our health and well-being. This means paying attention to both our mental and physical health, making lifestyle choices that support both, and seeking out treatments that address the needs of both our brains and bodies. Ultimately, by caring for our brains and bodies in tandem, we can enhance our overall health and quality of life.
