Don't let other people's opinions dictate your happiness from "summary" of Calm the F*ck Down by Sarah Knight

Remember that their opinions are just that - opinions. They do not define you or determine your worth. You have the power to choose how you feel about yourself, regardless of what anyone else thinks. Don't let others dictate your happiness. Take back control and live your life on your own terms.
