Fear is the great divider. It is the force that keeps us separate from each other, locked in our own individual prisons of anxiety and isolation. When we are consumed by fear, we build walls around ourselves, walls that keep love out and trap us in a cycle of insecurity and loneliness. Fear tells us that we are not good enough, that we are not worthy of love and connection.
