He realizes that heroes can make mistakes from "summary" of Zero the Hero by Joan Holub
Once upon a time, Zero set out to be a hero. He wanted to be the best hero that he could be, just like his heroes in the books he read. Zero believed that heroes were supposed to be perfect, never making mistakes. He thought that heroes were always right, always knowing what to do in every situation. Zero tried his best to be flawless, but no matter how hard he tried, he always seemed to mess things up. One day, Zero found himself in a situation where he made a mistake that had big consequences. He felt ashamed and embarrassed, thinking that he had failed as a hero. But then, something shifted inside him. Zero realized that maybe heroes were not perfect after all. Maybe heroes were allowed to make mistakes, just like everyone else.
This realization was a turning point for Zero. He understood that making mistakes was a part of being a hero. It didn't mean that he wasn't a hero; it just meant that he was human. Zero learned to forgive himself for his mistakes and to keep trying to be the best hero he could be. He learned that heroes could grow and learn from their mistakes, becoming even better heroes in the end. Zero embraced his imperfections and continued his journey as a hero, knowing that he was on the right path.
