Personal transformation begins with changing your thoughts from "summary" of You Are the Placebo by Dr. Joe Dispenza
When we talk about changing our thoughts, we're actually talking about changing our beliefs. Beliefs are just thoughts that we've had over and over again until they've become our defaults. They're like the grooves in a record that keep playing the same song. The problem is, if we keep playing the same song over and over again, we're going to keep getting the same results. But here's the thing: beliefs are not set in stone. They're not genetic or permanent. They're just neurologically wired connections in our brains that can be rewired. And when we start to change our beliefs, we start to change our thoughts. And when we change our thoughts, we start to change our reality. Changing our thoughts is not just about positive thinking or wishful thinking. It's about consciously choosing the thoughts that align with the reality we want to create. It's about catching ourselves in the act of thinking old, limiting thoughts and replacing them with new, empowering thoughts. It's about being vigilant and consistent in this practice until it becomes second nature. The key to changing our thoughts lies in awareness. We have to become aware of the thoughts that are running on autopilot in our minds. We have to observe them without judgment, without getting caught up in them. We have to become the watcher of our thoughts, the witness to our own mental chatter. Once we become aware of our thoughts, we can start to question them. We can ask ourselves: Is this thought true? Is it serving me? Is it in alignment with the reality I want to create? If the answer is no, then we can choose a different thought. We can choose a thought that is true, that serves us, that aligns with our desired reality. Changing our thoughts is not easy. It takes time and effort. It takes commitment and discipline. But the rewards are worth it. When we change our thoughts, we change our beliefs. And when we change our beliefs, we change our reality. We become the architects of our own lives, the masters of our own destinies. And that's where personal transformation begins.Similar Posts
