Resilience isn't something you find in a how-to manual. It's not a step-by-step process or a formula you can follow to magically become stronger. Resilience is something you discover as you journey through life, facing challenges and obstacles along the way. It's a trait that lies dormant within you, waiting to be awakened by the trials and tribulations you encounter. In my own experience, discovering resilience meant confronting my deepest fears and insecurities head-on.
