In my journey along the Pacific Crest Trail, I found myself face to face with the mistakes and regrets that had shaped my life. It was impossible to ignore the weight of my past decisions, the missteps that had led me to this moment of reckoning. I had to confront the consequences of my actions, the pain that I had caused myself and others. As I walked mile after mile, the memories came flooding back - the choices I had made out of fear, out of desperation, out of a misguided sense of what I thought would bring me happiness.
