Gratitude is like a muscle, and you have to work it out regularly if you want it to get stronger. Just like building physical strength takes time and effort, cultivating gratitude also requires consistent practice. It's not enough to just think about being grateful once in a while; you have to actively engage with it on a regular basis. One way to cultivate gratitude is to keep a gratitude journal. This can be a simple notebook where you write down a few things you're grateful for each day. It doesn't have to be anything big or grandiose; even small things count.
