Confidence is gained through experience from "summary" of Unbreakable by Mary Kom

Experience was my greatest teacher. It was through my years of hard work, dedication, and perseverance that I learned the true value of confidence. Every punch I threw, every sweat-soaked training session, every victory and defeat, all of these experiences shaped me into the unbreakable athlete that I am today. When I first stepped into the boxing ring, I was filled with doubt and uncertainty. I questioned my abilities, my skills, my worthiness to be among the best. But as I continued to train, to fight, to push myself beyond my limits, I began to see a change within me. I started to believe in myself, in my capabilities, in my potential to achieve greatness. Each fight I won, each setback I faced, each challenge I overcame, they all added to my reservoir of experience. They taught me valuable lessons about resilience, determination, and self-belief. With each passing day, I grew stronger, both physically and mentally. I learned to trust in my instincts, to listen to my body, to have faith in my training. In the ring, there was no room for doubt or hesitation. I had to be sure of myself, of my skills, of my ability to outwit and outperform my opponents. Confidence became my armor, my shield against fear and uncertainty. It was the unwavering belief in my own abilities that propelled me to victory, time and time again. I realized that confidence was not something you could simply acquire overnight. It had to be earned through hours of hard work, through countless sacrifices, through relentless dedication to your craft. It was a journey, a process of self-discovery and self-mastery that required patience, perseverance, and unwavering determination. As I look back on my career, on all the trials and tribulations I have faced, I am grateful for the lessons I have learned along the way. They have made me the fighter, the champion, the woman I am today. And through it all, one thing remains clear: confidence is not given, it is earned. And the only way to truly gain it is through experience.
