In real life, unexpected friendships form all the time. Sometimes people who are very different become friends. It's one of my favorite things about life. I think it's because of that old saying, 'opposites attract'. Josh Sanderson and I were friends because of Margot, but now that Margot was gone, I didn't know what would happen. A big part of me thought we would drift apart, but I didn't want that. I liked Josh. He was the only one who had been there from the beginning. He was the only one who knew about my crush on him.
