The past shapes us in ways we may not even realize, influencing our decisions, beliefs, and even our very sense of self. For TLs, this is especially true - their past experiences, both good and bad, shape the type of leader they become. Confronting the past can be a daunting task, as it forces us to face our mistakes, regrets, and vulnerabilities head-on. However, it is only by acknowledging and accepting our past that we can move forward and grow as individuals. TLs must be willing to confront their past in order to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them....
