They journey to Camp HalfBlood from "summary" of The Trials of Apollo, Book One: The Hidden Oracle by Rick Riordan
The journey to Camp Half-Blood was not an easy one. For me, a former god turned mortal, it was particularly challenging. I found myself traveling with a demigod named Meg, who was determined to get me to the camp alive and in one piece. This was no small feat, considering the dangers that lurked at every turn.
As we made our way through the streets of New York City, I couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. Being stripped of my godly powers had left me vulnerable, and I was acutely aware of my mortality. Meg, on the other hand, seemed unfazed by the perils that surrounded us. She was a force to be reckoned with, and I found myself relying on her more and more as we journeyed towards our destination.
Along the way, we encountered all manner of monsters and obstacles. From bloodthirsty spirits to vengeful gods, every step of our journey was fraught with danger. Despite my best efforts to protect Meg and myself, it seemed as though we were always one step behind our enemies.
But through it all, Meg remained steadfast and determined. Her loyalty and courage never wavered, even in the face of insurmountable odds. It was her unwavering determination that kept us moving forward, even when all hope seemed lost.
And finally, after countless trials and tribulations, we arrived at Camp Half-Blood. The sense of relief that washed over me was overwhelming. I had made it, thanks to Meg and her unwavering determination. But little did I know that the real challenges were only just beginning.
