When we worry about things that are outside our control, we are essentially wasting our time and energy. We become consumed by thoughts of what could go wrong, what others might think of us, or how the future might unfold. This only serves to increase our anxiety and stress levels, without actually solving the problem at hand. In the end, it leaves us feeling overwhelmed and powerless. Instead of focusing on what we can't control, we should shift our attention to what we can control - our thoughts, actions, and reactions. By taking responsibility for our own choices and behaviors, we regain a sense of agency and empowerment.
