To truly love ourselves, we must accept ourselves as we are, flaws and all. This means embracing every part of who we are, both our strengths and our weaknesses. It means acknowledging our imperfections and loving ourselves anyway.
When we accept ourselves fully, we are able to let go of the need for external validation. We no longer seek approval or affirmation from others because we have learned to validate ourselves. We recognize our worth and value as individuals, independent of what others may think of us.
