Every thought you think and every word you speak is an affirmation. All of our self-talk, our internal dialogue, is a stream of affirmations. You’re using affirmations every moment whether you know it or not. You’re affirming and creating your life experiences with every word and thought. Our beliefs are just thought we keep thinking. Most of us have patterns of thought that we’ve developed over our lifetime. Many of those patterns were created in childhood and have become automatic. Some of these beliefs serve us, and some don’t. The point of power is always in the present moment. All the power is in the present moment. You are creating your future with every single thought: either consciously or subconsciously. Every affirmation or thought you think is a reflection of what you’re choosing to create in your life. It’s that simple. Every word you speak and every thought you think is an affirmation. All of our self-talk, our internal dialogue, is a stream of affirmations. You’re using affirmations every moment whether you know it or not. You’re affirming and creating your life experiences with every word and thought. Your beliefs are just thought you keep thinking. Many of them work well for you. But there may be some beliefs that are not in your best interest. If you want to make a change in your life, it begins with changing your thoughts and beliefs. Practice daily affirmations. An affirmation opens the space for a new thought to come in; a thought that will create a new belief and a new reality. The more you say your affirmations, the more your mind will believe them. And once you believe your affirmations, you’ll begin to create new beliefs. And here’s the key: those beliefs will become your reality. So remember, your thoughts become things.
