Women should pray without ceasing from "summary" of The Power of a Praying Woman by Stormie Omartian

Praying without ceasing doesn't mean we must be on our knees with our eyes closed and our hands folded all day long. It means we can be in an attitude of prayer at all times. We can talk to God while we do our daily tasks, while we're driving, while we're walking, while we're cooking, or while we're shopping. It means we should have an ongoing conversation with Him in our hearts. We can listen to Him, ask Him questions, seek His guidance, and pour out our hearts to Him throughout the day. We can thank Him for His blessings, confess our sins, ask for help, and intercede for others. When we pray without ceasing, we are acknowledging our dependence on God and inviting Him to be a part of every aspect of our lives. We are allowing Him to work in and through us, guiding us, empowering us, and transforming us into the women He created us to be. Praying without ceasing is a way of living in constant awareness of God's presence and power. It is a way of surrendering our will to His, seeking His Kingdom above all else, and trusting Him to work all things together for our good. When we pray without ceasing, we are aligning our hearts with His, drawing closer to Him, and experiencing the peace, joy, and strength that come from abiding in His presence. We are tapping into His wisdom, His love, and His grace, and allowing Him to lead us on the path He has planned for us. So let us commit to praying without ceasing, not as a burden or a duty, but as a privilege and a joy. Let us open our hearts to God, invite Him to be a part of every moment of our lives, and watch as He transforms us, equips us, and empowers us to be the women He created us to be.
