Let go of judgments and opinions, simply observe and accept from "summary" of The Miracle of Mindfulness by Thich Nhat Hanh

When we practice mindfulness, we are encouraged to let go of our judgments and opinions. Instead, we are invited to simply observe and accept whatever is happening in the present moment. This may sound easy in theory, but in practice, it can be quite challenging. Our minds are often filled with thoughts and ideas that color our perception of reality. We are quick to label things as good or bad, right or wrong, without truly taking the time to understand them for what they are. By letting go of our judgments and opinions, we create space for a deeper level of awareness. We are able to see things as they truly are, without the distortions of our preconceived notions.
