In the age of big data, knowledge is becoming increasingly fragmented. This fragmentation is a result of the vast amount of information available to us through the internet. While we have access to more information than ever before, the sheer volume of data can be overwhelming. We are bombarded with facts, figures, and opinions from a multitude of sources, making it difficult to discern what is true and what is not. As a result, our understanding of the world is becoming more shallow. We are able to access information quickly and easily, but this accessibility comes at a cost. We no longer take the time to carefully consider the information we consume, leading to a superficial understanding of complex issues.
