The Periodic Table, that grid of elements we all know and love, hasn't always looked the way it does today. In fact, it has gone through quite the transformation over the years. Just like a teenager trying out different hairstyles before settling on the perfect one, the Periodic Table has experimented with various forms and structures before arriving at its current layout. Back in the 19th century, when the table was first being developed, scientists were still figuring out how to organize the elements in a way that made sense.
