It's easy to get defensive or dismissive when someone points out our flaws. But here's the thing - criticism can actually be really valuable if we're willing to listen and learn from it. Think about it this way: when someone takes the time to give us feedback, it means they care enough to help us grow. It means they believe in our potential and want to see us succeed. So instead of getting defensive, try to approach criticism with an open mind. Ask yourself: is there truth to what this person is saying? Could I benefit from making some changes or improvements?
