The ruling class, through its control of the state, is able to shape the ideology and culture of society in a way that perpetuates its own dominance. The ruling ideas of any epoch are the ideas of the ruling class, and the state plays a crucial role in disseminating and legitimizing these ideas. Through education, the media, and other institutions, the state promotes a worldview that justifies the existing social order and stifles any challenges to the status quo.- The state is a tool of class rule, serving the interests of the ruling class at the expense of the working class. It is a key mechanism through which the ruling class maintains its dominance and perpetuates the exploitation of the working class. Only through the overthrow of the capitalist state and the establishment of a truly socialist society can the working class emancipate itself from the yoke of bourgeois oppression.
