They face a storm from "summary" of The Bird by Nicholas Allan

The sky darkens, the wind howls, and the rain lashes down. The group huddles together, faces turned upwards, eyes wide with fear. The storm rages around them, threatening to engulf them in its fury. Lightning streaks across the sky, illuminating the chaos below. Thunder booms, shaking the ground beneath their feet. They know they must find shelter, but the storm is relentless. Trees sway dangerously in the wind, their branches creaking and groaning. The air is thick with the smell of wet earth and fear. But they stand their ground, determined to weather the storm together. As the rain pours down in sheets, they cling to each other, hearts pounding in their chests. The sound of the storm is deafening, drowning out all other noise. But still, they hold on, their resolve unbroken. Through the darkness and the noise, they catch glimpses of each other's faces, grim and determined. They know they must stay strong, for each other and for themselves. The storm may be fierce, but they are fiercer. And so they stand, facing the storm head-on, united in their determination to survive. The howling wind and driving rain may batter them, but they refuse to be defeated. They will endure, together, come what may.
