It tries to catch up from "summary" of The Bird by Nicholas Allan
At first, it's just a speck in the sky. A tiny dot amongst the vast blue. But as you watch, it grows bigger. Larger and larger until it's soaring overhead, wings outstretched, feathers glistening in the sun. And as it flies by, you can't help but feel a sense of wonder. How does it move so effortlessly through the air? How does it stay afloat against the pull of gravity? It's a marvel, a mystery, a creature of pure grace and beauty. But then, just as quickly as it appeared, it's gone. Disappearing into the horizon, leaving you standing there, rooted to the spot, longing for just a few more moments of its presence. And so, you find yourself running. Running to catch up, to keep pace, to be closer to that fleeting glimpse of freedom and flight. Your heart pounds, your breath quickens, your legs ache with the effort. But still, you push forward, driven by a desire you can't quite name. And as you run, you begin to understand. The bird is not just a bird. It's a symbol, a metaphor, a reflection of something deeper within yourself. It represents the yearning for something more, something beyond the ordinary, something that defies the limits of the everyday world. And so, you run on, chasing that elusive dream, that unattainable goal, that ever-receding horizon.- How far you run, the bird always stays one step ahead. It taunts you with its effortless grace, its unattainable freedom, its uncatchable beauty. And yet, you can't help but keep trying. Keep reaching. Keep striving for that which seems just out of reach. For in the pursuit lies the meaning, the purpose, the essence of what it means to be truly alive. To fly with the birds, to soar with the wind, to chase the impossible dream. And so, you run on, ever onward, ever upward, ever closer to the sky.
