Four types of devotees explained from "summary" of The Bhagwat Gita by R. R. Varma

In the Bhagwat Gita, Lord Krishna explains the four types of devotees. These devotees are classified based on their level of faith and devotion towards the Divine. The first type of devotee is the one who seeks the Divine for material gains. This devotee worships the Divine with the expectation of receiving worldly benefits in return.
