It may sound counterintuitive, but in my book, I delve into the idea that procrastination can lead to better concentration and productivity.
When we procrastinate, we often engage in what I like to call "structured procrastination.
" This means that while we may be avoiding a particular task, we are still getting other things done. By completing these smaller, less pressing tasks, we are actually priming our minds to tackle the more important ones later on.
