When we begin to work with our inner critic, we are essentially working with the voice in our head that is constantly judging and evaluating everything we do. This inner critic can be harsh, relentless, and incredibly destructive. It fills us with self-doubt, fear, and feelings of unworthiness. It is the voice that tells us we are not good enough, smart enough, or capable enough. It is the voice that holds us back from taking risks, trying new things, and pursuing our dreams.
But what if we were to approach this inner critic with curiosity and compassion, rather than resistance and avoidance?
