But without that underlying passion and drive, all of these other qualities are meaningless. Passion and drive are what sustain entrepreneurs through the ups and downs of the entrepreneurial journey, allowing them to weather the storms and come out stronger on the other side. So if you are thinking about starting your own business, remember that passion and drive are not optional – they are essential. Cultivate that inner fire that will keep you going when the going gets tough, and let it propel you forward towards your goals.
