The necessity of sincerity in all actions from "summary" of Sahih Muslim (Volume 8) by Imam Abul-Husain Muslim

It is about seeking the pleasure of Allah above all else.- The necessity of sincerity in all actions cannot be overstated. It is the foundation upon which all deeds are built, and without it, all actions are rendered meaningless.
