In a world where constant connectivity and busyness are often praised, it may seem counterintuitive to suggest that unplugging from work can actually be beneficial. However, research shows that taking time away from work can actually lead to increased productivity, creativity, and overall well-being. When we are constantly connected to work, our brains never have a chance to rest and recharge. This can lead to burnout, decreased cognitive function, and overall decreased performance.
