The past can't be changed, but we can learn from it from "summary" of Reminders of Him by Colleen Hoover

In life, there are moments that we wish we could erase, moments that haunt us and leave a mark on our souls. We often find ourselves dwelling on the past, trying to imagine different scenarios, wishing we could turn back time and make different choices. But the truth is, no matter how much we wish we could change the past, it's simply not possible. The past is set in stone, unchangeable, a part of our history that we must come to terms with. However, just because we can't change the past doesn't mean that it has no value. In fact, the past holds valuable lessons for us, lessons that we can learn from and grow from.
