The relentless pursuit of profit drives the capitalist system, leading to the exploitation of workers and the exacerbation of inequality. Workers are viewed merely as a means to an end, a resource to be exploited for maximum productivity and minimal cost. Only by challenging this profit-over-people mindset can we hope to create a more just and equitable society for all.
