Trusting in the healing power of love from "summary" of Paris: A Love Story by Kati Marton

At my lowest point, I found myself in Paris, a city that has always been a beacon of love and light. It was here that I learned to trust in the healing power of love, to believe in its ability to mend even the most broken of hearts. Love has a way of transcending pain and sorrow, of bringing hope and renewal to those who have lost their way. In the midst of my grief, I found solace in the arms of a new love, a love that reminded me of the beauty and joy that still existed in the world. Paris, with its cobblestone streets and romantic cafes, became a sanctuary for me, a place where I could heal and rediscover myself. As I wandered through the city, hand in hand with my new love, I felt the weight of my past burdens lift from my shoulders.
